Meddesk
For dental practices

A chart your dentists trust, a diary that stays full.

A dental practice runs on two things: an accurate chart and patients who come back every six months. Meddesk gives you both - a tooth chart that updates itself as treatment is completed, and recalls that tell the front desk exactly who to call.

A routine check-up that turns into a filling

The dentist selects Record finding, picks tooth 36 and marks caries on its mesial and occlusal surfaces, then plans a composite filling straight from the finding - and prints the plan for the patient before they leave. At the next visit the filling is completed and the chart updates itself: the caries is cleared and 36 shows the filling. The invoice line reads "Composite filling (36 MO)" without anyone typing it, and because the cleaning was done too, a 6-month check-up is already waiting on the front desk's recall list.

Without Meddesk

  • Charts that no longer match what was actually done in the chair
  • Findings noted in one place, treatment planned in another, billing in a third
  • Six-month check-ups that quietly never get booked
  • No clear history of what happened to each tooth, and when

With Meddesk

  • A chart that updates itself. Record a finding, plan the filling from it, and when the filling is completed the caries clears and the tooth shows the filling - nothing typed twice.
  • Every tooth's full story. Each tooth keeps its history - what was found, by whom, what was planned and what was done - and the whole chart prints on A4.
  • Check-ups that are never forgotten. A recall is scheduled the moment a cleaning is completed, and the front desk sees who's overdue and who to call first.
  • From the chair to the invoice. Teeth and surfaces carry onto the invoice line - "Composite filling (36 MO)" - so billing always matches the chart.
